Napomena o healingu
Na formularu tretmana postoji polje „Napomena o healingu" (preporuke za negu, reakcija kože), koje popunjavaš uz sam tretman. Napomena ostaje sačuvana uz taj tretman u istoriji klijenta — vidiš je kad god ponovo otvoriš tu stavku.
Kad je vreme za osvežavanje
Ako je poslednji tretman klijenta stariji od 10 meseci, pored imena na listi klijenata pojavljuje se oznaka „osveženje uskoro" — podsetnik da je vreme da zakažeš kontrolu ili korekciju, pre nego što pigment izbledi.
Kontakt sa klijentom
Automatsko slanje poruka klijentima (podsetnici za zarastanje po danima/nedeljama) trenutno nije dostupno u aplikaciji. Za sada healing pratiš ručno — preko napomene na tretmanu i prečica za poziv ili WhatsApp poruku sa kartona klijenta.
Healing notes
The treatment form has a "Healing notes" field (aftercare recommendations, skin reaction) that you fill in along with the treatment itself. The note stays saved with that treatment in the client's history — you'll see it again whenever you reopen that entry.
When it's time for a touch-up
If a client's last treatment was more than 10 months ago, a "refresh due" label appears next to their name on the clients list — a reminder that it's time to schedule a check-up or touch-up, before the pigment fades.
Contacting the client
Automatic follow-up messages to clients (day/week-based healing reminders) aren't available in the app yet. For now, you track healing manually — via the treatment's healing note and the call/WhatsApp shortcuts on the client's card.
